Victor Rosas, a sophomore at San Diego Mesa College, took third in the men's 4-mile race in 19:18.3 at the California Community College Athletic Association Southern California Regional Championships at El Dorado Regional Park in Long Beach. Rosas, who improved from finishing fourth last year, helped the Olympians secure second place overall as a team by a 40-43 margin against Mount San Antonio College.
